Needed a decent case for my IPad and wanted something a bit different from the usual black brigade to go with a old brown leather bag. Was out of stock and had to wait for a couple of months so bought one of the napa black cases from Tuff-luv in the meantime. Glad I ordered this as well as it’s likely to be my case of choice going forward.
Really nice case which holds the Ipad securely and angles at five settings in landscape. Looks very smart in a rugged way, and leather quality feels excellent. No real portrait stand option with this model – the Napa model I have has the diagonal fold on the front to enable this, but to be honest, I don’t tend to want a stand in portrait (at least so far).
Overall, would recommend this for someone looking for a leather iPad case with a difference.

Hi. I’m often sceptical that everything seems to be made in china these days – but that’s because I’m old enough to remember everything cheap use to have ‘Hong Kong’ stamped all over it. How times have changed.
Tuff Luv – seemed to have understood the needs of the iPad user in this instance. The hide version I have bought is very well made – even though the packaging is a little brash and doesn’t really sell the quality product inside.
It gives my iPad the protection and elegance it deserves. I wanted something that looked rugged, used, an old friend, that I can rely on and I think they have achieved this look.
In landscape mode it is a bliss to type with as the angle / slope is adjustable to my needs. Lap or table … It’s fine.
However, back in portrait view, sadly I/we can’t angle at all. Which would be nice to sort out if possible.
The only other potential drawback BUT not one that spoils the product. Is I would like to see the corners more protected. In the sense, if the pad was knocked off a table would the case take the corner blow – or would the iPad? The court is out on this one. But other than that you will have a fine and functional protector for your iPad …. Just like mine.
